HOW DO I REGISTER ONLINE?

Log on to ffany.org and click on the "For Attendees" link (in the red vertical bar at top of page) and follow the instructions for online registration.

WHEN WILL MY BADGE BE SENT?

Badges are sent to qualified retailers and press via U.S. Mail 2-3 weeks before the week of the show. If you are a non-retailer, you must pick up your badge on show site with the presentation of business card and ID indicating that your are a member of the “trade”.

I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BADGE.

Please call 212.751.6422 x10 or email info@ffany.org so that we can check the status of the badge. Whether you have registered online or never registered before, you can always pick up badges or register on show site with the presentation of a business card and ID indicating your are in the “trade”.

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND HOURS OF THE SHOW?

Click on the Upcoming Shows tab from the home page for the most recent dates. Dates and hours vary from show to show.

WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF THE SHOW?

Click on the Upcoming Shows tab for the venue and address of the next New York Shoe Expo.

HOW DO I FIND THE NEW YORK SHOWROOMS?

Showrooms can be found in various locations throughout New York City. The FFANY Show Planner is a great tool when looking for showroom addresses, websites, and contacts. Just click on the Show Planner link and select "NY Showrooms” from the 'view by location” drop down menu. If you need to save your itinerary for future access or edits, you can log in and create an account. The FFANY Show Planner can also be used for creating and printing a custom itinerary, or a stop-by-stop route plan, either way it's an excellent tool for navigating through the hustle and bustle of NYC during market week.

I AM OPENING A STORE. CAN I ATTEND?

I LIVE AND DISTRIBUTE SHOES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. CAN I STILL ATTEND THE SHOW?

Yes, you may attend the show; however, you must have a Visa and any other necessary documentation required enter into the country. FFANY is unable to provide letters of invitation for Attendees.

WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER AND PICK UP MY BADGE ON SHOW SITE?

You will need a business card that indicates your business is related to the footwear and or accessory industry, and identification (Passport or License). There is no fee for entry.

DOES FFANY OFFER DISCOUNTS ON HOTELS IN NYC?

Absolutely! Just navigate back to the FFANY home page and click on the Special Travel Discount + Offers link and you will find information on booking rooms and available discounts during the shows.

IS FFANY HOSTING ANY EVENTS DURING THE SHOW?

From time to time we hosts events during market week. During the June show FFANY hosts a party for Retailers, Exhibitors and other industry professionals. For more information on FFANY events click on the Events link on the FFANY home page.
